By accessing and using the FitVire website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service, including but not limited to pre-launch waitlist members and potential investors.

FitVire is a comprehensive fitness infrastructure operating system that combines SaaS platform capabilities with IoT hardware solutions for gyms, sports centers, and fitness businesses.

Currently in pre-launch phase, we are developing and preparing to deliver:

• Smart admin dashboard and analytics platform
• Member mobile application
• IoT attendance and access control devices
• NFC access kits and security systems
• Real-time business intelligence tools

During our pre-launch phase, the following terms apply:

• Waitlist registration is free and non-binding
• Information provided is for communication purposes only
• No payment or financial commitment is required at this stage
• Launch timelines are estimates and subject to change
• Feature descriptions are preliminary and may be modified

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services

The FitVire service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FitVire and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Information provided about investment opportunities is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities.

In no event shall FitVire, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website.

Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
